She helps facilitate change and implement new initiatives while building community connections with local businesses and organizations. Barbara received her Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois in 2012. In her spare time, she likes planning her next adventure, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and going on treasure hunts (aka thrifting).
